Bought it last month and unfortunately, I was able to use it today as my kid is chilling and went straight to the ER. When I called their hotline, the hospital I went to is not affiliated however, they still covered my ER expenses except the PF since it’s not an affiliated hospital but nonetheless, they covered all hospital charges. You just need to submit certain documents to review and then they will settle. In my case, since it isn’t affiliated, they transferred it directly via my Gcash (hospital is only offering QR code).
