Create a Restore Point, and then follow these steps:
Open Regedit.exe
Go to the following branch:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Backup the branch to a REG file.
Expand the ProfileList key.
Right-click the subkey named "S-1-5-21-850299350-1452774405-4938938-1003" and choose Delete.
Right-click the subkey named "S-1-5-21-850299350-1452774405-4938938-1001" and choose Delete.
Exit Regedit.exe
See if you're able to install the 22H2 update now.
