Look for any applications that are currently running. Right-click and active application and click End Task. Repeat for all other active applications you want to close. Reinstall Camera Driver: Press the Windows key + X, and choose Device Manager. Expand Cameras or Imaging Devices Right-click your camera, and select Uninstall Device.
