Registrations for 2026 closes soon! PSC Facilitators are responsible for registering their school for the PSC 10-week Challenge (10wC) via the the PSC Tracker. Principals and Facilitators are able to login using their current DoE staff portal details. Changes to PSC Facilitators and / or principals can be made directly in the PSC Tracker for those who already have access. Otherwise you can advise of updates via the PSC Facilitators - update your details for 2026 . 'New’ PSC Facilitators will receive an email when they have been added to the PSC Tracker. Email the PSC team for further assistance. All public schools can complete the registration process through the PSC Tracker. For schools participating in the 10wC: Registration through PSC Tracker will guide schools through the standard 10wC pathway, enabling student participation in the full program, with grant funding, and printed resources. For schools not participating in the 10wC: Even if a school does not wish to take part in the 10wC, registration is still required. This pathway, ensures access to the 'Student recognition' pathway and allows schools to: Opt in for Student Ambassador badges outside of the 10wC program. Opt in for Student Ambassador badges outside of the 10wC program. Opt in for PSC Student Medals, awarded to deserving students regardless of 10wC participation. PSC school registration process summary Confirm registration of school participation via the PSC Tracker* . Confirm school details. Select challenge participation: 10-week Challenge (10wC) for students and / or staff. Update PSC Facilitator details (where necessary). Enter student participants (upload CSV file or manual entry). Select the 10wC teams you wish to receive printed logbooks. Identify any Support classes. Enter staff participants (where necessary). Create a '10wC Organisation login' username and password. (Optional) Nominate PSC Student Ambassadors and create a shared login for them. Indicate the number of PSC medals required. Confirm and finalise registration. Facilitators are encouraged to start the conversation with staff (and students) about PSC challenge options / preferences prior to registration.

Pre-registration considerations Below is a summarised overview of PSC registration / 10-week Challenge (10wC). See the 'How to run the 10wC' webpage for more detailed instructions on how the 10wC can be administered. Who are the PSC Facilitators overseeing the challenge administration? Schools need to allocate at least one PSC Facilitator. The main roles are: Overseeing the 10wC teams within the school Coordinating PSC Student recognition - Student Ambassadors (leadership) & Student Medal. Additional 10wC Facilitators may be allocated at any time to help administer the challenge. These additional facilitators can assist with the submission of weekly data and final award submission in the PSC Tracker. Note: Principals can also log in and perform all PSC Facilitator duties. Need to update your school's PSC / 10wC Facilitator details? Changes to PSC Facilitators can be made via the 2026 Update PSC Facilitators details form or email the PSC team - psc@det.nsw.edu.au . Once the program is open (approx. Week 4), any current Principal or PSC Facilitator can update Facilitator's details in the PSC Tracker. Do you have a student / team list? Have you downloaded the CSV file? The registration process involves adding student participants into the PSC Tracker. For most schools, the upload of a CSV file of all student participants is the easiest option. Manual entry of participants is an alternative option for smaller schools. Please follow the Instructions for how to download a CSV file from ERN (PDF 383 KB) and uploading a CSV file into PSC Tracker (PDF 548 KB) . How do we track our 10wC activity? Schools who have selected the 10wC for any classes / teams need to choose how they will track their activity. This can differ across classes / teams. More information about award levels and logbooks can be found on the 'What is the 10wC?' webpage . 10wC activity tracking options include: printed stage-appropriate logbooks or worksheets (sent to schools in the starter kit). digital logbooks / worksheets (downloaded and shared with participants). online 10wC activity tracker app - participants are given a team code and individual PIN to log in and add activity. This data syncs to their team's e-Wall chart. Will you have support teams? We encourage all schools with specialist support students to take part in the challenge. We have created a 'simplified' K-2 and Support activity tracking worksheet for 10wC participants. Identifying support teams informs dispatch of printed K-2 and Support worksheets. Schools can still request or print their own 3-6 or 7-12 logbooks if their students wish to complete the full activity logging. For more information see the 10wC for support classes webpage . Are your staff taking part in the staff challenge? Staff may take part in the 10wC during Term 2 or 3. Schools and Education Support teams can add teams in the 10wC staff challenge. Staff can track activity using the online 10wC activity tracker , or use the digital staff logbooks (or print them). For more information, see the '10wC staff challenge' webpage . Staff also have the option to take part in ‘Wellbeing tracking’ where they can create and track 4 wellbeing and health goals over the 10-weeks of the challenge. Schools can nominate PSC Student Ambassadors to assist with running the PSC challenges and who assist with other physical opportunities within the school. This provides schools the opportunity to acknowledge the leadership skills that these students display through their support of physical activity programs.
