Most rewards do not have an expiration date. However, the Birthday Reward expires 14 days after your birthday. Your points never expire. What happens to my existing Thanx rewards and points?

As we transition to our new Jolly Rogers Rewards program powered by Toast, we're working to make the migration as seamless as possible. Eligible rewards, points, and account information will transfer to your new account. If you notice anything missing after the transition, please contact us at loyalty@pinthouse.com and we'll be happy to help. Will my account transfer automatically? Yes. If you've previously participated in Jolly Rogers Rewards through Thanx, your account information will transfer to our new Toast-powered loyalty program. We recommend verifying your email address and phone number after the transition to ensure everything is up to date. Do I need to create a new login? You will need to create a new password to log in. Your existing account information will be transferred. Depending on how you access your account, you may be asked to verify your email address or phone number the first time you sign in. Can I still earn rewards on pinthouse.com orders? Yes! If you're logged into your loyalty account or use the same phone number or email associated with your Jolly Rogers Rewards account, you'll earn points on eligible online orders placed through pinthouse.com. Do catering orders earn rewards? Yes! Eligible catering orders placed directly through Pinthouse qualify for Jolly Rogers Rewards points. Orders placed through third-party services may not be eligible. Can I earn rewards on beer purchases? Yes! Eligible beer purchases made directly from Pinthouse earn rewards where permitted by applicable laws and regulations. Do I earn points on gift card purchases? No. Gift card purchases do not earn loyalty points. However, when a gift card is redeemed for eligible food and beverage purchases, those purchases can earn points. No. You can use only one reward per transaction. Can I use rewards online and in-store? Yes! Members who have provided their birthday in their loyalty profile will receive a special birthday reward each year. Birthday rewards expire 14 days after you receive it, so be sure to redeem yours before it expires. I forgot to provide my phone number. Can points be added later? If you forgot to identify yourself during your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with your receipt. We'll do our best to add eligible points to your account. Requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase. How do I check my points and available rewards? You can view your current point balance, available rewards, and recent activity by logging into your Jolly Rogers Rewards account online or through your Toast account or you can check on your reward balance through the Pinthouse App. How can I check on my lifetime points balance? Please email loyalty@pinthouse.com and we will promptly respond. Can I transfer my rewards to someone else? Members are not allowed to transfer their rewards to someone else.
