Forum Discussion The PC is running Windows 10 Home 22H2. I downloaded the latest Windows 11 23H2 ISO from Microsoft website. After that, mounted the ISO image with double click and ran the setup.exe in the root folder to open the Windows 11 Update app.

It went well at the beginning. After I accepted the license, it started to get updates. All of sudden, it says This PC can't be upgraded to this version of Windows. I don't know why this happened. Is this normal and how to fix this so I can upgrade Windows 10 to Windows 11 23H2 on my PC?
