We are a Hong Kong-based health and wellness brand established in 2025. Our products are developed with Hong Kong research teams and manufactured locally, covering health supplements, skincare and therapy-related products. This is our first time participating in the Beauty & Wellness Expo and our second HKTDC exhibition this year. First-day sales reached around HK$150,000, enough to cover our exhibition costs, while second-day sales increased by more than 50%. Based on the current performance, we expect total sales over the five-day fair to exceed HK$1 million. We also introduced a fair-exclusive “buy one, get one free” promotion, with many customers purchasing four to eight products at a time and some placing larger-volume orders. HKTDC’s newly launched Pain Management Zone is highly aligned with our product positioning, helping us reach consumers interested in health, pain management and healthy ageing. Compared with the Sports and Leisure Expo we joined earlier, the Beauty & Wellness Expo audience is more closely matched with our target customers, and the on-site sales response has been very positive. HKTDC has also supported our brand exposure through press activities, media interviews, on-site experiences and celebrity promotion. We also sponsored visitor gifts for experience activities, allowing participants to engage directly with our products. As a first-time exhibitor, both the response and sales performance have exceeded our expectations. We hope to continue leveraging HKTDC’s exhibition and promotional platforms to reach more target consumers and strengthen our brand presence in Hong Kong.
Xuelei Fragrance Museum presented “Meet Yourself Through Fragrance”, an interactive fragrance experience that invites visitors to explore their emotions through scent. As a first-time exhibitor at a Hong Kong consumer fair, we successfully leveraged the exhibition to reach a large number of Hong Kong consumers and potential business partners, raising our brand exposure in the market. The response on the first day has been better than expected, with many business enquiries and contacts generated. Among them was a representative of a US offline sales channel looking for perfume suppliers and interested in discussing distribution opportunities, while we also connected with potential partners for fragrance R&D, manufacturing and brand distribution. The HKTDC marketing team also helped connect us with media resources, with a number of media outlets scheduled to visit the fair for interviews and filming during the event. Many of these were new media contacts for us, helping us expand our promotional channels and gain greater exposure in Hong Kong. We have mainly participated in B2B trade fairs in Chinese Mainland, while the Beauty & Wellness Expo gives us a valuable opportunity to engage directly with Hong Kong consumers. We hope the exhibition will help increase the share of Hong Kong visitors in our overall visitor, while giving us first-hand insights into their preferences and responses to fragrance products. These consumer insights will help inform our future product development and marketing strategies. The exhibition has allowed us to connect with Hong Kong consumers, potential business partners and the media in one place, while giving us a direct opportunity to test the market and expand our promotional and business networks. More than a brand showcase, the fair has helped us explore the Hong Kong market, drive visitor traffic to our museum in Guangzhou and create new opportunities for future retail and business partnerships.
SCENTEVER is a Hong Kong niche fragrance brand specialising in pheromone-infused perfumes designed to elevate each user's natural body scent to create a unique, personalised fragrance. Participating in the Beauty & Wellness Expo for the first time has been an incredible and eye-opening experience. Our main goal was to educate the public on pheromone fragrance technology and promote unique scent experiences. We have been pleasantly surprised by how open and eager visitors in the perfume area are to learn about our products and fragrance culture. The Expo has proven to be an excellent platform for reaching international buyers who are actively sourcing corporate gifts and VIP presents for upcoming gala dinners. On the very first day, we connected with a buyer from Cosmo Asia who was drawn to our mini customisable perfumes featuring personalised name engraving, expressing strong interest in placing an order. Furthermore, we connected with a buyer from India who expressed interest in bulk sales and distributing our fragrances to the Indian market. Overall, the Expo has provided us with valuable market insights, confirming that the local perfume industry is flourishing as consumers increasingly embrace fragrance culture. Based on our participation, we anticipate achieving a total sales target of around HK$100,000 at the fair.
We have been operating in the health and wellness sector since 1988, offering a range of therapy equipment. Our products are currently used in more than 20 public hospitals in Hong Kong, as well as in private hospitals. This year, we are mainly showcasing therapy equipment and health-related products, allowing visitors to experience the products on-site. We have participated in the Beauty & Wellness Expo for more than 10 years, as the fair has consistently delivered positive results for us. In the first two days this year, around 100 interested visitors tried our equipment on-site. Compared with the same period last year, visitor traffic and the number of potential customers increased by at least 50%, while overall sales performance and customer interest were also stronger. Most of our customers are individual consumers, while we have also received purchase interest from two corporate clients, mainly for therapy equipment. Our therapy devices and Blueprint series health products have attracted the most attention at the fair. HKTDC’s exhibition platform has provided us with a valuable channel to connect with both consumers and potential corporate buyers over the years. With stronger on-site response compared with last year, we will evaluate the overall results and follow-up business opportunities after the fair.
Quico is a Hong Kong brand with nearly seven years of experience in personal care appliances. This is our first time participating in the Beauty & Wellness Expo, where we are promoting our newly launched haircare range and reaching more consumers. The response has been encouraging. First-day sales exceeded HK$6,000, while both sales volume and visitor traffic increased by around 20% on the second day. To mark HKTDC’s 60th anniversary, we are offering a 40% discount, with some products priced at just over HK$100. We are targeting five-digit sales for the full fair period. HKTDC has also actively supported the promotion of our fair offers and marketing materials. For a local brand, participating in HKTDC exhibitions not only increases brand exposure, but also strengthens consumer awareness and trust. The exposure so far has met our expectations, and we hope to further build awareness of Quico’s new haircare products.
We mainly distribute Korean home beauty devices and skincare products. This is our first time at the Beauty & Wellness Expo, where we are showcasing a range of Korean-made home beauty devices and aiming to reach more consumers and build brand awareness in Hong Kong. The response has been encouraging. Although a full facial trial requires makeup removal, around 30 to 40 visitors completed the experience within the first day and a half, which was a pleasant surprise. Our featured beauty device is priced at over HK$5,000 per unit, and we have already sold more than 10 units, generating over HK$50,000 in sales. We currently sell mainly through our official website and major retail chains. HKTDC’s exhibition gives us a valuable platform to engage directly with consumers, showcase our products and offer hands-on experiences. It has helped us achieve our brand exposure goals while also generating sales and follow-up opportunities. We are pleased with the results and would consider participating again next year.
This year marks our second participation in the Beauty & Wellness Expo, and we are very pleased with the strong visitor turnout and vibrant atmosphere. Overall, the response has exceeded our expectations. We offered six complimentary health tests and interactive experiences this year. While we initially set a daily capacity of 300 to 500 participants, all slots were quickly filled each day, with more than 1,000 members of the public taking part at the peak. This demonstrates the expo’s success in attracting a large and diverse audience with a strong interest in health and wellness. The HKTDC’s promotional efforts have also been a great help in connecting us with a wider audience. Through the pre-fair press conference, VIP guided tours and media interviews, we were able to reach consumers from different backgrounds and age groups, while introducing more people to Mannings’ health services and brand philosophy. Beyond engaging with consumers, the expo has also generated valuable B2B opportunities. We are currently in discussions with around 8 to 10 business organisations, including several potential partners we connected with at the expo. This has been a very valuable outcome for us. Another important benefit of the expo is the opportunity to gain first-hand insights into the needs of Hong Kong consumers. Following feedback from visitors at last year’s expo, many of whom expressed interest in a wider range of health tests, we expanded our offering from four to six this year. Our newly introduced Chinese medicine health test has also become one of the most popular experiences. The expo therefore gives us a valuable platform to listen to consumers, understand the local market and turn their feedback into improvements to our services. Overall, the expo has met and even exceeded our expectations in terms of visitor engagement, brand exposure and business opportunities. We have successfully achieved our two key objectives of increasing participation in our health experiences and strengthening our brand presence, while also developing new B2B connections. We are very pleased with the value that the HKTDC has brought through this platform and look forward to participating again in the future, connecting with more consumers and industry partners.
This is our second year participating in the expo. While we hope to drive sales and reach new customers, we also want to introduce more people to Lush as a wellness brand. This year, we took part in a live demonstration arranged by the HKTDC, where we shared simple self-massage techniques for the head. We hope these practical tips can help people manage everyday stress and learn simple ways to relax and care for themselves. So far, we have reached more than 200 visitors through our sample giveaway, and the response has been encouraging. The promotional opportunities provided by the HKTDC have also been very valuable. They have given us more opportunities to introduce Lush’s wellness philosophy and products directly to the public, while helping us reach audiences we may not normally encounter. In particular, some visitors coming from the Food Expo or other exhibition areas may not have been familiar with Lush’s products and services. Through this expo, we have been able to increase our brand exposure and introduce Lush to a wider audience. For us, participating in the expo is not just about generating immediate sales, but also about reaching new customers and building greater awareness of our brand. We prepared around 1,000 to 2,000 samples this year, with the aim of giving more visitors the opportunity to experience our products first-hand and, hopefully, turning that experience into greater awareness and long-term support for the brand.
