<p>日々の仕事や人間関係のストレス、運動不足や睡眠不足…現代社会で暮らす中で、身体の不調や悩みを抱えている男性は少なくありません。マーケティング・リサーチ会社の株式会社クロス・マーケティング（東京都新宿区）が実施した「身体の悩みに関する調査（2026年）男性編」は、全国の20～79歳の男性3000人を対象として、2026年7月にインターネットで実施されました。</p> <p>まず、「現在抱えている身体の悩み」を尋ねたところ、「抜け毛・薄毛」（21％）、「体重や体型」（20％）、「精神的なストレス」「体臭」（いずれも17％）が上位にランクインしました。なかでも「体臭」は、2024年の調査と比較して6ptも上昇しています。</p> <p><a /> 年代別に見ると、20～30代は「ひげの濃さ」（20代21％、30代22％）、40～60代は「抜け毛・薄毛」（40代26％、50代27％、60代25％）、70代では「高血圧」（36％）がそれぞれ最多となり、年代によって気になる悩みに違いが見られました。</p> <p>なお、20代～50代では「体臭」と「口臭」がトップ5以内にランクインしており、働き盛り世代のエチケットに対する意識の高さがうかがえます。</p> <p>最も悩んでいることに対して、男性たちがどのような対策を行っているのでしょうか。自由回答で答えてもらったところ、「育毛剤・発毛剤・育毛トニックの使用（抜け毛・薄毛）」「適度な運動、栄養管理・バランスのよい食事（体重や体型）」「専門治療やカウンセリングへの通院（精神的なストレス）」「医療機関への通院、降圧剤の服用（高血圧）」といった声が寄せられています。</p> <p>現在の体調面で気になること（提供画像）</p> <p>続いて、「体調面で気になること」を尋ねたところ、「目の不調」「睡眠の質低下」（いずれも44％）、「睡眠時間の不足」（41％）がそれぞれ4割台を占める結果となりました。</p> <p>年齢別のトップ2を見ると、20～40代は「睡眠の質低下」や「睡眠時間の不足」など睡眠に関する不調が中心に。50～60代では「目の不調」「睡眠の質低下」、70代では「目の不調」「足腰の筋力・歩く速度の低下」が挙がり、ライフスタイルや加齢に伴う変化が顕著にあらわれました。</p> <p>晴瑠ちゃんの父親の泰士さん（34）と母親の真紀さん（34）によると、家族は3人で佐賀県へ旅行に向かう途中、福岡に寄った。<br /> 海沿いのブランコで遊んで、ベンチでテークアウトの食事を食べよう。事故に遭遇したのはそんな時だった。</p> <p>直前に「チョコソフトクリームください」と店員さんに注文したのが、真紀さんが覚えている晴瑠ちゃんの最後の言葉になった。<br /> 事故で両親も骨折などのけがをし、泰士さんが気が付いた時、晴瑠ちゃんはバイクの下敷きになっていた。</p> <p>晴瑠ちゃんが亡くなった21日、夫婦は事故現場を訪れ「ついてきてね」と声をかけた。<br /> その夜、晴瑠ちゃんは自宅に戻り、大好きなアンパンマンのおもちゃと一緒に布団に横たわった。</p> <p>「何にでも興味を持ってよく笑い、時々パパとママをあべこべに呼ぶ子だった。<br /> 飲酒したと分かっていて事故を起こしたと思うと、気持ちをどこに持っていけばいいか分からない」。</p> <p>最愛の一人息子の傍らで、夫婦は涙で声を詰まらせた。</p> <p>福岡県警西署によると、事故は20日午前11時10分ごろ、福岡市西区小田の県道で発生した。</p> <p>【第１セット】佐藤、和田のダブルエースがブロックされまくり、ブロックの上からスパイクを次々に決められ、なかなか連続得点を生み出せなかった。日本はチーム最長身１８５センチの秋本が随所で攻撃に参加し、強弱つけた攻撃で得点。MB山田の移動攻撃、Bクイックなどであらがい、一時は１３－１３の同点に追いついたが、苦しい場面で連続失点を喫するなど主導権を握らせてもらえなかった。セットポイントを握られた１８ー２４の場面では長いラリー戦を耐えて得点したが、逆転はできなかった。</p> <p>【第２セット】このセットも中国の高さに屈して２０―２５で連取された。平均身長で約１０センチも上回る中国に少しでも高さで対抗するため１７７センチの鴫原ひなたをベンチに下げて、１８３センチの北窓絢音を投入。序盤から１－６と突き放されながら、和田のライトからのバックアタックなど単発的な得点や粘り強いラリーで積み重ねていくが、１点取っては連続失点を繰り返した。第１２セットで通用したMB山田の移動攻撃も撃墜された。</p> <p>五輪３度の金メダルを誇るアジア最大の強敵・中国とは、通算４８勝１６２敗。直近は昨年のネーションズリーグ１次リーグで対戦し、１―３で敗れている。高さが脅威で、２１日のタイ戦でチーム最多２９得点と大暴れした長身１８９センチのアウトサイドヒッター・呉夢潔らが攻撃をけん引する。</p> <p>また「色々な経験を経て、今、40歳。人生の折り返しを迎えたところになります。そんなタイミングで、自分にとって本当、人生の分岐点を幸せな気分で折り返せる、そんな素敵な出来事が起こりました。今の自分は本当にね、幸せです。何せ、毎日笑顔でハッピーだなというような風に感じております」と現在の心境を明かした。</p> <p>お相手は「一般の女性の方」とし、このタイミングでの発表になったのは「本当に、母子ともに安全に、そして健やかに出産を迎えてほしかったという気持ちがあった」と説明した。</p> <p>出会いについては「自分にとって人生のどん底にいるような時に出会いまして、後に妻になる彼女が僕にとっては希望の光に思えました。暗い深い深淵にいる自分に、手を差し伸べてくれた彼女には非常に感謝していますし、そして何より、自分にとっての誇りを取り戻させてくれたそんなような彼女です。ずっと結婚するなら、この人だなと思っていました」と説明。</p> <p>普段はあまりアクセサリーも付けないというが、結婚指輪を見せ「非常に特別な感じがしますし、この指輪を見るたびに、しっかりしなきゃ。僕が守って支えて、そして前に進んでいかなきゃみたいなね。そんな色んな気持ちがパワーになるなと。そんな素敵な結婚という経験をすることができました」と語った。</p> <p>第1子は男児と明かし、出産にも立ち会ったという。「やっぱり子供っていいですね。自分の分身と言うか、DNAを感じることができます。本当にかわいいんで見てもらいたい」とメロメロな様子だった。</p> <p>田口は1999年にジャニーズ事務所に入所。2006年にKAT-TUNのメンバーとしてシングル「Real Face」でデビュー。俳優としても活躍していたが、16年3月にグループを脱退しジャニーズ事務所も退所。脱退後は個人事務所で芸能活動を継続した。2019年5月に大麻取締法違反（所持）の疑いで逮捕され、同10月に懲役6月、執行猶予2年の有罪判決を受けた。2022年3月には日本プロ麻雀協会21期前期プロテストに合格し、プロ雀士として活動していることをABEMAの番組で明かした。ポーカープレイヤーとしても活動している。</p></div>
