Subject: Issue with Cancellation and Refund of Microsoft 365 Subscription
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to report issues regarding the cancellation of my Microsoft 365 subscription linked to the email address [...] .
On March 13, 2024 , and March 19, 2024 , I submitted a cancellation request via email. However, I have now realized that this was a noreply address, meaning my requests were not processed. To my surprise, I see that the subscription has been charged again, even though I have never used it.
Additionally, I have noticed that there is no billing history visible in my Microsoft account . Despite this, recurring charges continue to be attempted, and I am unable to cancel the subscription via the suggested method, as it is simply not listed in my account.
I kindly request that you:
Process the cancellation of my subscription retroactively.
Refund the incorrectly charged amount of €99.00 on April 11, 2024.
For clarification: I previously reversed the charge from March 18, 2024 , but I noticed that a new charge was made on April 11, 2024 , without my authorization. During the period of my initial cancellation request, my wife was seriously ill and sadly passed away, which is why I only noticed this issue now.
I hope for your understanding and a prompt resolution of this matter. Please provide me with a written confirmation of both the cancellation and refund.
