Shohei Ohtani made history after being voted MVP unanimously for the fourth time, three of them consecutively, and he's the first to win multiple MVP Awards in both leagues. Ohtani slugged 55 HRs and led MLB with 146 runs while logging a 2.87 ERA over 47 innings pitched for the Dodgers. Cy Young Awards Fresh off a dominant 2025 in which he led the AL in ERA (2.21) and WHIP (0.89), while fanning 241 in 195.1 innings and going 13-6 for the AL Wild Card Tigers, Tarik Skubal became only the 12th pitcher to win back-to-back Cy Young Awards . A unanimous selection for the NL Cy Young Award , Pirates ace Paul Skenes -- who led MLB with a 1.97 ERA -- became just the third pitcher to win Rookie of the Year and Cy Young honors within their first two seasons. Rookie of the Year Awards After putting together one of the most complete rookie seasons at the plate, A's slugger Nick Kurtz was rewarded with a unanimous selection for AL Rookie of the Year . In 117 games, Kurtz posted a .290/.383/.619 slash, leading all rookies with 36 homers, 86 RBIs and 90 runs scored. The 10th Braves player to win NL Rookie of the Year honors , catcher Drake Baldwin slashed .274/.341/.469 with 19 home runs and an NL-leading 3.1 fWAR, while ranking as one of the best blocking backstops in the game. Manager of the Year Awards A historic surge that saw the Guardians overcome the biggest deficit (15 1/2 games) to win the division, allowed Stephen Vogt to make history himself in winning the AL Manager of the Year Award in each of his first two seasons at the helm.

The Brewers went from an NL Central afterthought to the best record in MLB (97-65) as Pat Murphy became just the second NL skipper to earn Manager of the Year honors in consecutive seasons. Dodgers slugger Shohei Ohtani (NL) and Yankees counterpart Aaron Judge (AL) repeated as Hank Aaron Award winners , marking the third time each player earned the honor. The Hank Aaron Award annually recognizes the best offensive performer in the American and National League. In recognition for his extraordinary character, community involvement, philanthropy and positive contributions through his work with his 5050 Foundation, Dodgers veteran Mookie Betts was named the Roberto Clemente Award winner . Relievers of the Year Aroldis Chapman turned back the clock in his age-37 season with the Red Sox, leading all qualified relievers with a 1.17 ERA and 0.70 WHIP in 61 1/3 innings to earn the honor for the second time. Meanwhile Edwin Díaz became the second pitcher to earn the award three times, leading qualified NL relievers with a 1.63 ERA while fanning 98 in 66 1/3 innings. Executive of the Year After Milwaukee’s third straight division title and another year spent bucking preseason projections while on a tight budget, GM Matt Arnold became the first to win Executive of the Year Award twice. Postseason Awards In the midst of a sizzling postseason run, Vladimir Guerrero Jr. hit .385 (10-for-26) with three homers in an epic seven-game ALCS to earn the series MVP Award and help send the Blue Jays to their first World Series since 1993. Largely on the strength of an unprecedented Game 4 performance that saw him hit three homers while also pitching six shutout innings with 10 strikeouts to propel the Dodgers to the World Series, Shohei Ohtani earned the MVP honors . World Series MVP The first pitcher in 25 years with three Fall Classic victories, Dodgers ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto earned the win in relief in the decisive Game 7 one day after starting Game 6 en route to securing World Series MVP . He logged a 1.02 ERA over 17 2/3 innings walking just two while fanning 15 and spun a complete game to lead the Dodgers in Game 2. All-Star Game MVP After slugging three home runs in the first All-Star Game swing-off and propelling the NL to victory in the 95th Midsummer Classic at Truist Park, Kyle Schwarber was named the game's MVP . Schwarber became the first DH and second Phillies player to earn All-Star Game MVP honors. Heart & Hustle Award Awarded to a player who demonstrates "a passion for the game of baseball and best embodies the values, spirit and traditions of the game,” Bobby Witt Jr. became just the second player to be named the winner of the Heart & Hustle Award in back-to-back years. Monthly/Weekly honors For the second consecutive year, Yankees slugger Aaron Judge earned the AL Player of the Month Award three out of a possible six times during another historic season. Players Choice Awards The players have spoken and they rewarded Mariners slugger Cal Raleigh with Player of the Year honors, in addition to being named Outstanding American League Player.
