I was using Wake on LAN to start computers in the morning under Windows 10. With Windows 11 it stopped working. It *still* works if you shut down via the start menu or welcome screen. It doesn’t work if you shutdown via stop-computer or shutdown /s. Did you report this issue via the Windows Feedback app? On my Predator helios 300 laptop you have to hold down the power button for 4 sec and then you get the prompt window. No “forceful shutdown” with this machine.
