Not leveraging data One of the huge advantages of starting an online business today is that it’s easy to collect a lots of data quickly. This means, after your initial launch you have to stop the guesswork and make informed decision based on actual numbers . This goes from audience data from your shop and campaigns (e.g. who are your customers and how are they finding you) to ad performance and shop statistics (e.g. average order value, abandoned cart rate). But what are you doing with all this data? If you’re not using it to improve, iterate and fine-tune your shop and marketing tactics, then you’re really missing an opportunity here. As you can see there’s, a lot to think about when optimizing your business for sales and conversions.
