Larger areas can be accommodated by combining adjoining units. If you have more or fewer things to store than you initially thought don’t worry, we can easily move you to a bigger or smaller unit at any time. 2. Reserve Your Storage Unit You can reserve your storage unit online or by calling our office on 07 3352 4242 and talking to one of our friendly staff members. There is no charge to reserve a unit. You don’t need a credit card to make a reservation, we just require your name, email address and telephone number. 3. Pack Your Belongings The right boxes and packing materials make moving so much easier. Space Self Storage sells a wide range of boxes and packing supplies. Our friendly staff will help make your move in as fast and easy as possible. Our Office Hours are: Monday – Friday 8.00 am – 5.00 pm Saturday 9.00am – 4.00 pm. Sign your contract You will need to sign your contract. Photo ID will be required at the time of signing a contract to rent. Insurance for your possessions can be purchased from our office staff. They will be able to provide you with expert advice on different options available. Accessing your unit You’ll get a personal pin code from the office manager, giving you access to the facility. You can access your unit 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Moving in to your unit Our office manager is available to answer any questions you may have and can offer you expert advice including the most efficient way to pack your unit. To help with your move we have a full range of trolleys at the facility to help with unloading and moving your possessions.
