iPhone 12 Pro stuck in recovery mode I connected my iPhone 12 Pro to my windows laptop through the Apple Devices app. It said that there was an update available so I selected that. An error message said that the update couldn’t be installed (unknown error (75). 067E.004B) and I needed to restore. I clicked on that and got an error message saying it couldn’t be restored (unknown error occurred (1109).06B4.0000). The phone then stuck with the Apple logo so I forced restart and was left with the recovery screen (ie a picture of a cable and a laptop.) This prompts Apple devices app to say that the phone can’t be updated and must be restored and the whole process repeats and fails again. What can I do? Thank you. 1358 6
