These changes will be introduced in two phases: On and from 9 December 2026 , we’re introducing three levels of insurance benefits across eligible ANZ credit cards. Some cards will have reduced cover and removal of benefits, and others will no longer include complimentary travel insurance. On and from 24 March 2027, additional changes will apply to certain cards. Cancellation Cover is assessed based on when the insured event giving rise to the claim occurs (for example, illness, injury, death, natural disaster or another covered event), not when travel is booked, paid for or commenced.
