App communities Convert Microsoft Word Document to PDF and Retain Page Layout I have a Microsoft Word Document with the page layout set to "Book fold". If I use the Adobe PDF printer, then the layout is retained and the PDF shows up in the book fold layout, with two Word Document pages per PDF page. If I use the "Create PDF" or "Convert to Adobe PDF" features, then the layout is not retained and each Word Document page shows up as an individual PDF page. Is it possible to retain the book fold page layout while using the "Create PDF" or "Convert to Adobe PDF" features? I would appreciate an answer from Adobe on this.
